• Management & Team Training

CBC has trained managers large and small from one person businesses to the 450 member Essex County Division of Welfare. Our team of outstanding trainers enables us to excel in both large and small settings. The focus of our training is to build excellence and capacity that continues to grow even after our training is complete. We work with both executives and management teams.

We work with the agencies in any and all areas of need. For some agencies that is program design. For others it is adding standards and measurements. For others, we help with program delivery.

• Community Solutions

CBC is a strong community partner. We work with both government and private agencies to develop meaningful and sustainable solutions for all types of communities. In Philadelphia, we worked with PAAN (Philadelphia Anti violence Anti-drug Network) to develop a program for adjudicated young adults ages 17-24.
In New York, our Food Business Pathways program helps residents get off of government assistance and build their own careers.
We would like to work with your community to develop solutions of excellence!

• Career & Life Training

We also work with individuals.  We have a 5 point plan, ANWU, which guides individuals on successful life paths.  This program combines both life skills training with career training and complete well being to give participants the best chance for life success.
