In the last 6 years, we have trained over 500 business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs. We have trained in multiple states including contracting with the State University of New York (Levin Institute), Hebrew Free Loan Society of New York, Entrepreneur Works of Philadelphia/Chester PA, and the Delaware Economic Development Office. We have worked with for-profit and non-profit organizations. We have worked directly with dozens of companies on training their team members to increase performance and company satisfaction.

People - all training should fit the people, not the other way around. We learn what the needs are of the people we are going to train before the training begins.
Curriculum - once you know the needs and capabilities of the team, we select or design a curriculum that is challenging and inspiring for the participants.
Engagement - no one learns when they are asleep! We utilize interactive training methods that keep the audience engaged and excited. We help them create the solutions and take ownership in the training.
Measurement - the purpose of our training is to increase knowledge AND results. We not only measure how much of the curriculum the participants understand and excel on, but we measure how well they do back in their jobs after the training. Do you need guidance on how to sustain or grow your business in the current economic climate? FastTrac GrowthVenture will teach participants to reshape existing businesses. At the end of the program, participants should have updated a business plan for strategic growth.

Do you want to launch your own business? FastTrac NewVenture will teach participants how to identify and reach target markets, set financial goals and build effective teams. At the end of the program, participants should understand all the elements of a business plan.
